Mel believes that through good fitness and training, you will see the benefits in terms of physical results and the positive effects it can have on your well-being. To Mel there is nothing like the rush of endorphins following exercise. If you can find the right balance of this in your day to day life then it can be instrumental in shaping your overall mindset and make a great impact in your life.

Becoming a PT and class instructor means Mel is able to help clients with their fitness and well being journeys and she is excited to share this passion with all of you.

Mel’s classes will leave you feeling strong, confident and energised (plus pretty sweaty!) all whilst having great fun!
