  • New to CYC:D?

    Welcome! 🌟 We’re thrilled to have you here! To kick off your journey with us, we are pleased to offer all first-timers a complimentary trial class to get a feel for the studio! So, don’t hesitate—set up your account today and book your first class on us.

     

    After attending your first class, we suggest exploring our one-time introductory offers. This way, you can dive into different classes and meet our fantastic instructors before making any commitments.

     

    When you come in for your first visit, we’d love for you to arrive 15 minutes early. This gives us the perfect opportunity to welcome you warmly, check you in with a smile, and give you a little tour of our space.

  • Booking

    Classes can be booked 14 days in advance, giving you lots of time to organise your schedule. Feel free to book anytime during the week, right up until 30 minutes before the class begins. If you miss that cutoff, just ring our studio directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

     

    So, go ahead, take a look at our schedule, and start booking those classes—let’s get those workouts locked in!

     

    Please note: If your plans do change, we understand! However we do for 12 hours notice to cancel your class otherwise there may be a small charge.

  • Arrival Time

    We kindly request that you arrive and check in at least 5 minutes before your class begins to ensure a smooth start. This allows us to confirm your attendance and accommodate any last-minute changes. Please be aware that if you haven’t checked in by this time, your spot may be given to those on the waitlist or walk-ins. Once the class commences, entry into the studio will not be permitted, so please make sure to arrive promptly to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Waitlist

    If a class is fully booked, you have the option to join the waitlist, but please note that a credit in your account is required to hold your place. Waitlist spots are allocated automatically on a first-come, first-served basis if openings arise.

    These spots are filled up to 1 hour before the class begins. To ensure fairness, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist if you’re unable to attend. If you’re granted a spot from the waitlist, you’ll receive an email notification.

    If you haven’t received one, please check your junk mail folder. We understand plans can change, so please notify us promptly if you can’t make it, allowing us to fill the spot. Don’t worry about cancellation fees if you’ve been moved from the waitlist; feel free to cancel without hesitation.

  • Walk-Ins

    Spaces sometimes become available last minute. These will be available 5 minutes before the start of a class and are allocated on a first come first served basis. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before class and are ready to work out.

  • Cancellation

    CYC:D operates with a 12-hour cancellation policy. Your credits will be fully refunded if you cancel your booking at least 12 hours before your class begins. However, please note that a small charge will be applied for cancellations made within the 12-hour window. This policy ensures fairness to both our instructors and fellow members. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Shoes

    For our CYCLE classes, you have the flexibility to choose between wearing trainers or using clip-in cycling shoes. We highly recommend clipping in as cycling shoes equipped with SPD cleats enhance the connection between your legs and the bike, effectively engaging the hamstrings and glute muscles, resulting in lean, toned legs. Additionally, clipping in allows you to safely spend more time out of the saddle, which further activates core muscles, elevates the heart rate, and maximizes calorie burn.

    It’s worth noting that all bikes at our Haslemere and Farnham locations are compatible with SPD cleats, ensuring a seamless experience. If you haven’t tried clipping in before, now’s the perfect time to give it a shot!

  • Bikes

    Introducing our top-of-the-line Schwinn AC Carbon Blue bikes! These bikes are the real deal, chosen by the CYC:D team as the absolute best after trying out every option available. Not only do they look and feel amazing, but they’re also super easy to set up. If you’re new to cycling, don’t worry—there are just three things you need to adjust: seat height, seat position, and handlebar height. Swing by a little early, and we’ll lend a hand in getting you all set up. While we’re all about those beat-based cycling vibes in our studio, it’s worth mentioning that at Haslemere, you can also track your power on these awesome bikes for an extra boost to your workout. Let’s ride!

  • Water

    Staying hydrated during your workout is essential for keeping your body at its best. We’ve got you covered with water available in the studio for refilling your own bottle, or you can grab a refreshing bottle from CYC:D Kitchen. Remember to sip throughout your class to stay hydrated, and don’t forget to refill before you head out. A well-hydrated body is a happy and healthy one. 🚰💧

  • Lockers

    At our Farnham location, we offer convenient lockers for securing your belongings with key-code access, ensuring peace of mind while you work out. Meanwhile, at Haslemere, we’ve got you covered with a designated area within the studio to keep your items safe during your workout session. Whether it’s lockers at Farnham or our secure studio area at Haslemere, rest assured that your belongings are in good hands while you focus on your fitness.

  • Towels

    Our changing rooms are equipped with luxurious fluffy towels for you to use after your shower, ensuring you feel pampered and refreshed. However, we recommend bringing your own sweat towel to keep you dry and comfortable during your workout – trust us, you’ll need it! If you don’t have one, don’t worry; you can purchase a CYC:D sweat towel at our studio.

  • Amenities

    Step into our cozy changing rooms and showers, where you’ll find an array of luxurious shower and body products to indulge in. Additionally, we’ve got you covered with hairdryers and straighteners, ensuring you can step out looking even more fabulous than when you came in!
