About Karen
The lovely Karen is a professionally trained dancer and having worked in the musical theatre industry for 20 years found Yoga and Barre to be an amazing way of supporting her mind and body alongside her career.
Now a mother and full time Yoga and Barre instructor with 10 years of teaching experience under her belt Karen loves the sense of well-being, strength, resilience and balance that the two disciplines bring to her life and is very passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
You can expect to be worked to the extreme at the Barre. By using small isometric movements the exercises are precise and intense – yet all low impact. A strong focus on posture, alignment and strength blended with some stretches and lengthening movements. Prepare to be a stronger, longer and leaner version of your former self.
