About the Class

Join our Barre classes where we combine elements of pilates, yoga, and dance. Set to carefully selected upbeat music, we will give you an energising and targeted workout which is hard on muscles but kind on joints. After each satisfying class you’ll feel stretched, strengthened and invigorated.
