Get ready for the penultimate class of the day with the first duo-led CYCLE:BURN sessions, led by our Saturday squad Anna and Ali. This class is unlike any other, as you will spend 20 minutes in the CYCLE studio with Ali, followed by 20 minutes of dynamic strength and conditioning in the BURN studio with Anna. With a maximum of 15 participants per session, you'll swap halfway through, ensuring you get the best of both worlds. And to top it all off, enjoy the electrifying atmosphere created by a live DJ!

Get ready for the ultimate climax of the day with the incredible duo Clare & George leading the final CYCLE:BURN session! These two powerhouses are here to close out the festival with a bang, sparing no ounce of energy. George will kickstart the adrenaline rush in the CYCLE studio with 20 minutes of heart-pounding cycling, while Clare will unleash her powerhouse moves in the BURN studio with a dynamic strength and conditioning session. With a maximum of 15 participants per session, you'll switch halfway through, ensuring you get the full festival experience. As the session draws to a close, Clare & George will pump up the energy, setting the scene for the festival's finale before we head to the after party.

Cacao Ceremony & Shamanic Drumming Journey

We will begin with a cacao ceremony where we will share a tea cup of this beautiful elixir. ***You are welcome to attend the event and not partake in the drinking of cacao ***. Cacao is a gentle and beautiful heart healing medicine. It can help bring focus and clarity where we were feeling unclear, stagnated or stuck. As we drop down from the head and into the heart, blockages around the heart are dispersed. Cacao enables us to connect with the more subtle realms and our own deepest wisdom. This medicine allows us to be guided from a place of feeling and inner knowing. Following the cacao ceremony we will move through two shamanic drumming journeys; the first one will be about 10 minutes, the second one will be about 25-30 minutes. During the first journey you will be invited to practice going on a journey and during the second one you will be invited to deepen this practice and journey to meet your spirit / power animal. No prior experience is needed. The rhythmic sound of the beating drum induces deep relaxation, reduces stress and promotes the production of endorphins. A drumming journey of sound is healing on many levels. The drum is regarded as a living entity and is said to be the oldest instrument. Journeying with us since the dawn of humankind this beautiful instrument is primal. Juliette will be accompanied by her Native American Buffalo hide drum. Her mother Tanya, wise woman and guide lit the way for Juliette, teaching her and passing on a deep respect and reverence for all living creatures, plants and Pachamama, Gaia. Born on Vancouver Island, Canada, her connection to the indigenous peoples of this land runs deep. She sees herself as merely a channel in service to others through her work and the simple practice of being as present as possible in each precious moment. Her mission is to support people as they improve their physical and emotional wellbeing through sustainable changes in food, movement and lifestyle. Her time spent in Australia as a health coach and fitness professional fuelled her desire to help people feel better through nutrition. She recognised people’s difficulty in finding healthy food that was truly satisfying so she harnessed her skills as a recipe developer and launched her health food company Balsa and brought it with her to the UK, which now proudly supplies health clubs and gyms across the South of England with fresh, nutrient rich energy balls. Currently working as a nutritional therapist, she coaches individuals through many areas of life and supports their physical and mental journey surrounding health and wellness.
