About the Class

Body Burn is a 45 minute high intensity class using hand weights and kettlebells. The workout is a 45 minute body blast which mixes pyramid training and minute long “AMRAP” (As Many Reps As Possible) sets to achieve results fast. Working on the entire body, Body Burn will take you through a combination of weighted and cardio movements to increase heart rate and build lean muscle. Come feel the Body Burn.
