Beth began her yoga journey in LA in 2009 where she became hooked on the fun challenges and creative postures that her teachers threw at her in every class. Having trained at Liberation Yoga whilst in LA, Beth returned to the UK intent on bringing yoga to as many people as she could.
A former gymnast, Beth is currently the yoga teacher for many Team GB teams and athletes.
With a flowing style set to music, Beth focuses on the right alignment for your body. Her light-hearted and playful approach create a grounded setting for accessible learning and her classes will leave you feeling mentally and physically uplifted.
